Suo moto cancellation of GST Return
GST registration cancelled by department after and due to non-filing of 7 months GST return. Earlier cancellation request was not considered due to want of certain documents.
Whether final ASMT-10 needs to be filed in this case for final cancellation? which requires filing of pending returns with late fine and ASMT-10 with Maximum fine.
or present status can be considered final
