Original Work
By way of notification no.242017, CT(R), a new entry 3(vi) have been introduced. There is a reference of "original work" in entry 3(vi)(a).
I presume the definition of "Original Work" given under the Service Tax Law holds good for this section also.
That definition includes "Erection, Commissioning of Plant, equipments etc".
I am not clear why the same words are used in body of 3(vi).
