Continuing Query 19985 Regarding Credit Co Operative Society
CA. Madhukar Hiregange Sir I could not see querist comment on forum. Hence here I am further continuing the query by new question. A credit Co Operative Society is a society registered under Societies Act and accepting deposits from and lending loans to members of the society. Can the same be covered within the ambit of financial institution us17 (4) of CGST Act. Kindly clarify sir. Thank You
