Invoice in case of Works Contract (Builders)
Does anyone have idea how to Builder has to issue invoice under GST.
As Works Contract is Service under GST and it will be Continuous Supply of Service, Section 31(5) says to issue invoice on or before the time of receiving payment.
If Contractor supplying material from his premises, whether he need to issue invoice at the time of removal or at the time of receiving payment.
Whether we can send material on the basis of delivery challan?
