CFSS Scheme 2026
Is the MCA V3 portal accepting AOC-4 for past years under CFSS if we use a current 2026 date for the Board Meeting, Audit Report (to secure a valid UDIN), and AGM despite of Due date of AGM be 30th Sept of respective year?
Given ICAI's strict 60-day window and to maintain strict chronological and regulatory compliance without backdating, can this be done to proceed with the "Clean Slate" approach using current dates.

This may not work IMO as several legal hurdeles will prop up. Better to give the correct picture and try to avail the benefits of the new scheme
