Adt1
I have changed my firm name and my surname is also changed
FRN AND PAN is not changed. Do I have to file ADT 1 again ?
And if no then how to update details in it?

In my opinion, you need not file ADT 1 as I understand there is no change basically except Firm Name and your surname and FRN and PAN remain unchanged. The only problem you face will be at the time of filing of AOC 4, where details will be prefilled with old surname and Firm Name. As there is no change in PAN there should not any problem in uploading the Form.
