A textile prop Firm dealing in Shawl is getting shawl fabricated by sending yarn to Unregistered fabricator. Whether reverse charge is applicable ?

As on today, there is no such requirement to pay GST under RCM for the instant transaction, as the said services provided by the unregistered job worker is not covered under the ambit of services on which GST shall be paid under RCM as listed in Notification 13/2017-Central Tax (Rate) as amended from time to time.
