Intimation is issued under U/s 143(1) of the Act, which is one of the Orders prescribed U/s 246 of the Act. You may Section 246(1)(a). As a Matter of fact, how come Department completes Assessment or raises Demand without referring to Assessment? Also, how come you have received Intimation for AY 2014-15 now?
