Mr. A is purchasing a Resindetial property from ABC Pvt ltd Company. What documents are required Specifically in case of Company who seller.

You must seek following documents before purchase:
1. Ownership Deed of the Company.
2. Payment proof of property tax to the municipal corporation.
3. Go on the website of the ROC and see whether any charge is created on the assets or nOt??
4. See the financial statements of the Company for ensuring that whether the property is mortgaged of not??
5. Hand over the work of title search to a good advocate of your locality to ensure that the property is owned by the Company or not.
