Procedure for conversion of a CA Proprietorship firm into a Partnership firm
Myself is a proprietorship concern and I Want to convert it into a partnership firm by adding 2 partners and to continue the same name and experience of my propritorship concern.
Please help me regarding the procedure and required form to be filed to the ICAI

very simple. Enter a partnership agreement among the members in writing on the stamp paper of requisite value and file the relevant forms with ICAI. The proprietorship firm shall be converted into partnership firm.
