Please get in touch with the Registrar of concern state for the same. They advt. in this regard from time to time for empanelment. The same could also be searched online on the website.

Dear Sir, the respective state registrar of the society invite application for empanelment with them. This process generally repeats in a time span of three years. You have to keep track on it and when the advertisement come you can do the needful for the same.
