Impact of GST on Flat transferred by Developer to Land Owner on account of Land Owner's Share
Under Developer Agreement, the developer agrees to transfer certain number of flats to Land Owner on account of Construction done on the land taken under Developer Agreement and sells balance to customers.
Since the Developer was liable to pay service tax on flats handed over to Land owner on account of Land Owners Share. Accordingly now the Developer shall have to pay GST on such flats handed over to Land Owner.
When is the Developer liable to collect GST on such flats from land owner and under which column it has to be shown in GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 since it is only deemed supply of service.
