Schedule III - figures rounding off

Note 4(i) of General Instructions for preparation of Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit and Loss says as follows- + If turnover is less than one hundred crore rupees, figures can be rounded of the nearest hundreds, thousands, lakhs or millions, or decimals thereof. What does the words decimals thereof mean and why it is placed at the end of the sentence.
