A person registered in siliguri ...but having site in Arunachal Pradesh w.r.t fixing of tiles etc interiors(work contract service) ...and buying goods for that purpose from Siliguri n Assam Query 1. Does he need to get registered in Arunachal pradesh. 2. Or he can get Bill to siliguri and ship to site...and finally raise IGST invoice to Arunachal recipient ...3. Will there be any change in opinion if he also have inward supplies as contractual labour for the work.
