As your assessments are completed so you cannot take any action through the return. However, you can file an online grievance with the income tax department and if they take any action then some thing may happen. Alternatively, you can approach to the commissioner (appeals) informally and take guidance on the subject from him and accordingly you may move ahead. Finally, if the appropriate authority is allowing to condonation of delay in filing the appeal against the assessment completed by the department then you can make an appeal to the appropriate authority. But every thing is dependent upon how bigger is the amount of TDS?
