Form 10A is for provisional registration and Form 10AB is for permanent registration of trust or institution under section 12A or 80G of the Act.

Form No. 10A is used only for once in the lifetime of the trust or institution for registration or approval. For subsequent renewal, Form No. 10AB is required to be used.
