Whether conversion with change of name of proprietary to partnership loose experience gathered?
Proprietorship with 5 years of experience now get converted into partnership with change of name of firm.
My question is whether new partnership firm count old experience?

If name of partnership firm is changed, experience of old firm will not be counted. But if name is not changed, experience of old firm will be counted in new firm.
