I am newly Enrolled Member Of ICAI M.N. 562493 (enrolled date 25/03/2021) , I am trying to register on Income Tax Efiling portal as Charterd Accountant but a message display
" Membership does not exist"

You should wait for some time so that ICAI will share their membership details with the Income Tax Department and they update in their system accordingly.
