Demand u/s 16(4) owing to late submission of return post Sept
How to resolve demand raised u/s 16(4) under GST. This is quit harassing provision. For sole default consequences are late fine, interest, disallowances and penalty. Please respond as these resulted into bank attachment without prior intimation.

16(4) is relating to time limit for itc. Qoff late it has been seen that there are lot of cases of bank attachment. See if it is possible to explain thenstand to the dept officer and get the attachment removed. This will require some patience and time. Else approach the HC which will also take a lot of time and money.

if no show cause notice was issued, you can file a writ petition in the high court and get relief
