A commissionagent has earned commission in excess of 20 lacs in 2019-20 Whether Limit of Rs 20 Lacs remains unchanged and he will be required to obtain GST registration

Threshold limit for GST registration is not applicable to commission agent. He has to obtain registration irrespective of his turnover. However, he can opt for composition scheme.
