Use of DSC by Authorised representive
An illiterate person is not able to get DSC.Can he authorise some body else to use his DSC for his Prop firm's Income tax return by giving authorisation letter

An illiterate person can get DSC.In PAN based DSC aadhaar card ,PAN Card[Original],photo and mobile number is required.He need not sign any where to get Class II DSC.

Yes, he can authorize anyone to use his DSC on his behalf with giving authorization letter
