Turnover Certificate unaudited figures
Wether a CA in practice who's providing accountancy services to a company can give turnover Certificate (figures) of a F.y. which are unaudited by a statutory auditor to the banker?

In my Opinion, the Answer is No. The CA providing Accountancy services to the Client and Certification requires verification of Record, which is maintained by the CA, himself, which amounts certifying his own figures.

No. To avoid the conflict of interest, he /she should not issue
certificate for the turnover as he himself is maintaining the books of accounts.
