TAX AUDIT FILED BY ANOTHER CA
DEAR SIR/MAM
DURING FILING TAX AUDIT REPORT, WE FILED TAX AUDIT REPORT BY ANOTHER CA. NOW WHEN WE OPEN THE REPORT FROM INCOME TAX PORTAL THEN THERE IS DETAILS OF AUDITOR WHO HAS TO SIGN THE REPORT BUT IT WAS UPLOADED BY WRONG CA USING HIS DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
PLEASE SUGGEST ME THE SOLUTION.
IT WAS FILED BEFORE THE DUE DATE.

The tax audit report filed earlier can be rejected, if not approved yet. If already approved, revised audit report can be filed.

Hi Praveen, there is no provision for rectification of audit report filed by you but you can prepare revised Audit report and upload it now stating the reason for revision.
that is the only remedy i know, and also you need to ask your client to reject the audit report you had filed earlier.
You need to select "Revised" in filing type while uploading the correct audit report.
