NOC from Tax Auditor
A proprietory concnern was reconstituted as partnership firm wef 22,9,04. As it requires two tax audit one for proprietory concern and another for partnership firm beg different assessee. Whether a tax auditor of partnerhsip firm has to obta NOC from tax auditor of proprietory firm if the auditors are different for two firms. '
