CENVAT on Service Tax on GTA

Dear all,

Whether a manufacturer who is payg the excise duty on the goods manufactured by it cim CENVAT of the service tax paid by him on the outward freight paid on goods transported beyond the pce of removal of the goods. Does it makes any difference whether he is payg the same as consignor as it is company. '
