agm & filing of return of Income tax.

A public limited company requs the ROC for extension of time (three months allowed U,s.166 of the Companies Act) assumg the extension will be granted, tax audit U,s 44 AB of the bcome tax act has to be done on the company and urns to be filed before 31st.Oct. Can the company file the come Tax urn on time without the AGM beg held (sce the Bance sheet has to be approved the AGM).Kdly crify.
