MAT on long term capital gains earned by (P) Ltd. Co.

A (P) Ltd. Co. not started its commercial production, havg only nd as its fixed assets , sold part of its nd & earned long term capital ga.

Please crify whether the long term capital ga will attract the provisions of MAT ?

There is no profit & a,c prepared till the date of sale of nd as the company has not started any commercial operations.
