publication of subsidiary company accounts

As per Section 212 of Companies Act, a holdg company should publish a copy of the subsidiary companys accounts alongwith annual accounts. case of a wholly owned subsidiary company, is it suffcient compliance if the accounts of the subsidiary company are reported the currency of the country of corporation or is it necessary to publish the same dian ruppees also. The consolidated accounts are beg published dian rupees.
