Changes likely in Consumer Protection Act this session
The government will likely introduce amendments to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 1986 in the current winter session of Parliament, food and consumer affairs minister Ram Vilas Paswan said on Monday. “We are bringing in several amendments to the existing Act. I am optimistic we will be able to introduce them in this session,” he told reporters.
