Whether a C.A. can do Audit of his Relative.

You havent specified the type of Audit, not the status of Auditee.
However, in the case of companies, the answer is absolutely NO and I Believe you know that. Now in case of an Individual assess under Income Tax Act,1961 a CA can't do Audit of his relative.
