CA Firm Merger
One of 20 Year Old Proprietary CA firm want to merger with 4 Yr Old CA partnership firm.
what will we date of incorporation if CA Partnership firm name continue as it is. will partnership firm get benefit of older date of incorporation of proprietor firm.

Two options,
Option 1: 4 years old firm merged in 20 years old and then enter into an partnership Agreement.
Option 2: Convert Prop. firm with 20yrs standing in Partnership.
In both circumstances, standing of firm will not impact.
