UDIN
We are certifying the P & L & B/s of client, to whom section 44AD is applicable by making the note as unaudited financial statements on the basis of which IT return is Filled.
Is it mandatory to generate the UDIN for the same.

In the referred case also audit report has to be given as per SA 730 (Revised) and UDIN has to be generated if signed on or after July 1,2019.
