no you need disclose non gst supplies in GSTR9A. But has to declare in GSTR9

You are required to disclose the information of exempted , nil rated in the point 6(B). Definitely Rent Received from Letting out of Residential property , FDR Interest and Saving Bank interest will come there. But it is required to come in form 9 A. You have made reference of 9 in the query. Though these are your other income, ideally should not be included in the turnover for determination of turnover tax. But you are requested to please refer the definition of TURN OVER given the relevant statute of your state.
