THERE WILL BE NO GST LIABILITY AS THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA TO USA AND THE GOODS NEVER TOUCH INDIAN TERRITORY.SL.NO.7 TO SCH.III MAY BE LOOKED INTO.
ON THE PROFITS ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTION, IT WILL BE LEVIED. COMPLIANCE WITH FEMA MAY ALSO BE LOOKED INTO.
