If it is only certified true copy, then UDIN is not applicable. But if such attestation is made with the remark "found as per books of accounts", it in the nature of certificate, So UDIN is applicable.

UDIN IS REQUIRED ONLY FOR NEW CERTIFICATION WORK. FOR "TRUE COPY" IT IS NOT REQUIRED
