DIR 3 KYC
Last year I have filed DIR 3 KYC for all the Directors. Is it necessary to file DIR 3 KYC for all the Directors once again?

Yes Every year it is mandator . From Next year onward (i.e. from F.Y ending 31/03/2019) DIR-3 KYC is required to be file annually on or before 30Th April of immediate F.Y.

Yes sir. It is required to be filled yearly basis.
