Full time CA Practitioner (COP holder) can start private tutorship
whether a full time CA practitioner (COP holder) can start his private tutorship..? whether any permission is required to be obtained from institute for the same..? whether he can perform attest function along with private tutorship..? what we mean by general & specific permission given by the institute..?

Yes. Permission is not required if total teaching hours do not exceed 25 in a week and also allowed to perform attest function.

There is no need of specific permission for teaching. However attest function and teaching can go hand in hand if the tution class is limited to 25 hours per week only.
