Company Incorporation

I need to incorporate a company with 20 members and 20 directors, all the members are directors, do all the 20 members need digital signatures? How to get permission from MCA for having 20 directors for a private limited company ? Please let me know the detailed process for it.

As per the proviso to sec.149 of The Companies Act 2013, you can appoint more than 15 directors by way of passing a special resolution. But in Spice form we can appoint maximum of three directors. So my suggestion would be to incorporate a company with three directors, then convene EGM and pass special resolution to appoint remaining directors and file DIR-12. DSC would be required all the directors for applying DIN. No need to get permission from MCA.
