Is the Credit of GST paid on Insurance and Repair expenses available to a registered person who is not dealing in the vehicle trading?

Since ITC not available on Motor vehicles.
Hence any expenses (Insurance and repair) relating to Motor vehicles also not available.

No. Any expenses incurred for vehicle no ITC is availbale.
