Transfer Pricing Study

Should the auditor signing Form 3CEB do the TP study also to determine the ALP? Or, can a company engage another professional to do the TP study and based on that study get the Form 3CEB certified by another CA?

Dear Colleague Yes it is very much possible for the Company to engage any other professional to do the TP study and based on the study get the 3CEB certified by any other CA as there is no such requirement to get the same done by only one professional who is also certifying the 3CEB. Moreover TP study is not required to be made in each and every case.
