LLP Registration
Want to reserve a name and registration requires to be done based on future requirement.
1) Is there a way to block LLP name?
2) How to get a DPIN, proposed partners did not have a DIN

apply in mca portal. u can reserve name but it is valid for 20 days only.

you can reserve the name of the LLP by applying the form at MCA. Recently MCA has opened DIN if any of the partner has DIN can obtained DIN .
