Dear Sir, it is a confidential matter. Please pardon me, i cant share the copy of the order. In nutshell, assessing officer asked to correct the claim of unabsorbed depreciation. From his point of view the claim should be disallowed, since the depreciation was not claimed by filing a valid return in the prevoius years. Assessee not filed return of income for those previous years. Assessing officer treated it as a mistke apparent from the record. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.
